As Red Devil says... it'll all come down to E3. Sony have an event planned just before E3 on june 10th (I think). No news from MS just yet. What MS have said is that their E3 will be fully focused on gaming. Things are heating up Roll on June!

Hi Guys,
Sorry - a bit late to this party...
As things stand we have a lot of people working on the new game, rather than any expansion on SEv2.
I wouldn't say anything has been ruled out for extending SEv2 further with maps etc and given the luxury of staff and budget we'd be firing them out the door. However we're busy on other stuff at the moment.
Sorry I cannot give a definitive answer on this one yet.
Thanks, Steve

Nickbond wrote:It is a curious question that surely there will be more people asked. To be able to play nicely Nza and SEV2 i buy a new pc and despite being powerful (I think) almost trembles when I try to put it to the highest quality throughout. xd
I have Windows 7, 16 gb ram ddr3, Intel i7 2011 3930k, asus motherbase p9x79, nvidia 2gb Gygabite 560 gx(it was acceptable between power and price as of today).
As I imagine that besides good pcs need to create and test games, so the questions(for Revellion team):
-As is characteristic to this day a computer from there using to create and play games in high quality in the company? -Compared normalemente users who do not have a team as updated (I once had amd 64 3000 ... from 8 years), The technical leap between what we see and what you work to get that power to play 100% games? -Approximately how much investment was a computer for create games like SEV2 work?
Thanks The team's computers are pretty standard to be honest. Yes we do get the latest tech from manufacturers etc, but that only really happens nearer the end of development when we're keen to support as many cards as possible and make sure our "ultra" settings really do push the latest technology. For SEv2, my computer for development was a pretty standard Dell XPS 630i quad with 8Gb RAM running Win7 with DX11. Our artists, designers and programmers all had slightly more powerful machines to this. I don't know the specs for our SE3 PC's as yet. The majority of the team have had an upgrade, but not sure on spec. Thanks, Steve

Nickbond wrote:How is a day in a company like Rebellion for: -A programmer. -A support team (as Aaron and Jim) -A head development as SteveHart. By having an idea of how closer is a video game company. I am convinced that like happens to me, the rest of fans love to see the human side of what's behind these great games. Thanks again guys! Hi Nick, As I understand it, we should be doing some developer diary type entries over the coming months. So these should help give you a better idea of what we're up to. I'll let you know when I know more. Thanks, Steve

Pretty sure this is a common problem connected to graphics card. Start by checking out these posts: http://sniperelitev2.com...aspx?g=posts&t=1707

I would strongly suggest this is a graphics card issue and there are several other posts on this forum which can assist you further.
Firstly I would recommend you get the updated drivers for whatever graphics hardware your laptop is using.
Many Thanks, Steve

Hey, We did try to set up a clan match a few months back but it never got started. We even secured some prizes but alas it wasn't to be. We're all pretty busy on SE3 now and as someone else mentioned, we are UK based, so timing can be in issue with the size of the pond between you and us. Thanks, Steve PS. I'm a dog man myself.

I would think for something like this to work and become mainstream, Microsoft would have to find a solution to the potential high price in order to make it available, achievable and appealing to as many markets/customers as possible. But for now I just wanted to see what people thought of it. I think it looks great Steve
