The Gamestop website date is an error and they should be changing it shortly. The game is definitely shipping out there.

Yeah, sorry, but I don't get it. My friend was denied the game at Gamestop this morning, telling him to come back next week. He got his preorder keychain though. Can you please clarify if stores actually have the game today or was there some sort of shipping delay or something? Like, do you think they turned him away because of the wrong date, or because they physically do not have the game?

if you want, go to the "Really" thread under the Xbox360/PS3 section of this forum to page 3 and read my response. But in short, and this is coming from a district manager of Gamestop in maryland(me) we do not have ANY copies of the game. we were told the game would be shipped to us today. and this morning it did not show up, as far as the date changing on the website, that is what the distributor of the game is telling us. it is NOT a mistake on our part, and no one is being denied the game. we cant sell it if we dont have it. sorry.

Here in Virginia they are saying tomorrow and they already have a shipment in root to stores (this is coming from SW VA and NO VA.

I just dove down to the GameStop I preordered at and his computer showed that the SEV2 preorders for that store weren't even in transit. They've been notified to call the preorder folks when it arrives, whenever that is.

None in maryland, we were given a sell date of 5/1. as far as im concerned, if by some miracle they arrive today, then customers and getting call-backs and the copies are being given to themn today! I just cant believe that on the RELEASE DATE of a game, that the developer cant even take the time to be honest with their consumer!
