yea, Windows XP is no longer supported, for Directx 10 and above. Windows XP can only handle Directx 9. To run this Game you'll need Vista or windows 7 atleast.

Thanks anyway it is a chore because I have a very good computer pretty well equipped, will have to change the operating system but I fear that older games did not work as the SE.

Yea... sorry about that man. Though with newer games demanding Directx 10 it probably is time to upgrade. and why not! hope you get it to work!

I'm still running old games on W7 64bit perfectly. Get rid of that awful WinXP and W7 up :D
