For the life of me I cannot find definitions of some of these settings...

Sudden Death?
Single Bullet Reload?

Also, I know what Auto Balance is but what are its mechanics? Once the teams are imbalanced how quickly does it re-balance?

Sudden Death means something like when you join a server, but don't actually join the game, you will get kicked after a period of time (I think)

Single bullet reload is just as it says: you do not reload 5 bullets at once, but just 1 bullet at a time.
