Hello Sniper fans,

We're holding an exclusive hands-on preview event in London (England) on Wednesday 11th April. And, we've been able to secure space for a Sniper Elite V2 fan and their friend!

You will be some of the first people in the world to see and play the game, weeks before the release date!

To be in with a chance of winning a place for you and your friend at this intimate and exclusive event, all you have to do is post your favourite sniping scene from a movie, below.

The winner's name will be picked at random from the entries received below. Multiple posts from one member will only count as one entry, so please don't post more than once.

The competition closes at 16:00 (GMT+1) on Friday 6th April and the winner will be notified through PM shortly after the competition has closed.

The event is taking place in London and the prize does not include costs for travel to and from the event. Please only enter if you are able to attend.

Definitely the scene in enemy at the gates when the character - Koulikov played by Ron Perlman jumps across the building and gets sniped down by the German, Major. König played by Ed Harris.

Has to be from Enemy at the gates. Vasili takes out a total of 5 Germans and is a better shot than he says he is. :D

I found the Hurt Locker Sniping scene very intense!

My favourite scene has to be the bit in The Hurt Locker. Why?

Because it shows real co-operation between a sniper and his spotter, it reminds people that in sniper teams both members are just as important as each other. It's much more difficult for the sniper if he has no spotter. The skill in it is sublime, the patience of Sanborn is incredible, truly a great scene.

I would have to definately nominate thos as the best sniping scene ever. True power of what a .50Cal bolt action MSR Sniper rifle can do:

The scene is from Sniper: Reloaded and this is Becket's son from the original Sniper trilogy beong pinned down by enemy forces then Becket's partner from the 1st sniper movie just takes out a dude from behind a wall then performs an impressive 1bullet 2kills and gets a small quote from the original film ;)

For those who don't like a mass of bodyparts flying, WATCH OVER AND OVER TILL YOU DO!

some good sniping scenes in this video, especially at 6.55 , one of his comrades is down wounded by an enemy sniper, while on the ground he points to the direction the shot came from, the shot rings out, right through the scope and into the eye of the enemy. perfect shot.

Got to love the sniper shot that takes place in Enemy At The Gates when they are jumping over that massive hole in the floor and he gets his head blown all over the wall.
