Have you think about hardcore mode? What I mean is:
1) No crosshairs
2) No wind marker on scope (maybe only an information about wind direction and wind speed or some item with which you can measure wind?)

Maybe others have suggestions?

It would be only for hardcores :). Before aiming you'll have to measure wind. After few deaths you possibly learn that eg. if wind speed is 5m/s than you have to move scope one line left/right.

Would be good but very difficult, hardcore if you will Flapper

I don't tell existing difficulty levels should be changed. Just one level should be added. I played demo and I found it much too easy on "Sniper Elite" level.

Another suggestion: No automatic healing - you have to use medikit for eg. 5 seconds to heal.

Mission Impossible, I like that. Minimal everything from ammo to traps, also one hit kills you and if you die you replay the whole mission again. Woo!

wow , this is really mission impossible ... but one hit for enemies too ! they should all die from one bullet to center mass , to not to mention head ... but what it sucks is mathematics . from 50 machine guns spraying one nazi is bound to hit you ... then the frustration . I played the such difficulties on consoles , and I know it's a whole lot of pain ... if AI would not be psychic and with x ray vision and uber-accuracy , maybe it would be possible ...
