I use Comodo on one of my machines. It is a fairly common issue for it to report newly installed .exe files or software as a threat.
It is not a significant problem, and does not necessarily indicate a problem with either Comodo or the new software.
The fix:
First, ensure that you trust the new software (and its source / origin). Scan the new software with good antivirus.
Second, open the settings of Comodo, look for the
exception list of trusted files / executables, and add the new software (in this case, SEv2) to the trusted files list (tick the box to allow it to run).
Third, run the new .exe file again. It should launch with no problems.
