Screen tearing also in full/retail game ?!?! Options

Are there at least vsync options ? I really hate screen tearing and based on that I will or I will not buy this game...

You usually play it through xmb(you go to music folder and start it) but it is up to developer to allow it...

Screen tearing was not fixed and at times is worse than it is in the demo. I'm the one shot-one kill, bringer of fate!
